Morocco’s 2030 World Cup preparations encompass a wide array of projects aimed at delivering lasting improvements to infrastructure and connectivity. These include highway upgrades, the expansion of access roads, and the construction of modern facilities with infrastructure projects gearing up for this big event preparation with an ambitious plan to boost infrastructure in 35 cities in all the territory.

Morocco will invest $1.3 billion for the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

The government of Morocco plans to invest US$1.3 billion into highway infrastructure projects ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup, which the country is jointly hosting with Spain and Portugal. The investments, spanning from 2025 to 2032, will focus on various major projects including ten stadiums to be built and completely refurbished with construction phases extending from 2025 to 2030 allowing some existing stadiums to increase their capacity numbers of spectators.
